For over 30 years Occupational Testing has delivered its assessment services to support decision-makers in both public and private sectors. We have built our reputation by producing assessment processes and reports which reflect the job demands and your organisation’s culture.

Why use us?

Assessments are developed and delivered by chartered psychologists who are bound by a code of conduct, for example, not to operate outside of their area of expertise. It also means a depth of knowledge and extensive professional training. Ultimately it also provides protection. Although we have never faced a complaint in our history it is important for our clients to have this reassurance.  

 We are clearly trusted. Many of our major clients have been with us since we started. 

 Incidentally, Occupational Testing has produced some of the standard texts in the area of organisational psychology over the last thirty years. Oxford University press, Weidenfeld and Nicolson and Orion have published our texts. The Principles of Organisational Behaviour has been continuously in print since 1988. We have also produced texts for Hodder Headline on psychometric assessment.
